Application Eligibility and Charity Policy
At Duval Motor Company, we corporately and personally give back to those less fortunate with time, talent and treasure. For over a century, we have made community involvement the heart of everything we do. To qualify for submitting an application for financial support, a charity must be an active nonprofit with current 501(c)(3) documentation. Additionally, the charity or event must aid in one of the following areas: education, arts, the environment, healthcare, needs of children, or poverty.
We appreciate all of the work that many charities do in our community. We no longer provide hole-in-one vehicles for charity golf tournaments, but will accept applications to assist the benefiting charity in other ways. While we love our sports teams, bands, and cheerleaders, we are unable to fairly sponsor all requests and exclude those from applying. We also do not give to religious organizations directly, but do support religious organizations’ initiatives that meet all other criteria.
Instructions for Requesting Contributions
To request a financial contribution from Duval Motor Company or any of our subsidiaries, please follow the below instructions:
1. Download and print this document. Read the above eligibility statement carefully
2. Complete the second page of this document to the best of your ability
3. Collect all supplemental material such as 501(c)(3) documents and event or sponsorship letters, brochures, etc.
4. Email all documents as attachments to corporate@smagcorp.com
Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for your request to be processed.
